Orders received on business days by noon (Eastern Standard Time) are shipped the same day. Orders made after noon (Eastern Standard Time) will ship the following business day. For orders placed on the weekend, please allow two business days for processing.

We partner with USPS Priority Mail, FedEx and UPS depending on your location. If you prefer a specific carrier, please let us know when placing an order.

At the time of your checkout, you will be offered several options for shipping.

Standard Delivery will take approximately three to five business days for U.S shipping addresses, and 8 to 15 business days for international. Express Delivery options are also available!

Returns & Exchanges

At LifeSupplyUSA, we have our customers’ satisfaction at heart. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will gladly guide you through the return process.

New and unopened merchandise sold by LifeSupplyUSA can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Products that have damages, scratches, assembly marks, or anything deemed as used by the sole discretion of LifeSupplyUSA, will not be eligible for return.

This return policy applies only to items purchased from our LifeSupplyUSA website. If purchased from a third-party or marketplace seller, please follow the return policy and process provided by the selling party.

Eligible orders for online returns will receive a shipping label, which you will need to print and attach to your package. You will also need to indicate your order #, name and date of purchase on a piece of paper to include inside the returned package. You can then drop it off at your nearest USPS location.

We package our products to remain intact during shipping. However, unexpected incidents may happen from time to time. In the unlikely event your order did not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us and our customer support team will be able to assist you.


Refund Process

Once returned, our facility will inspect and process the return within 3 days of receiving the merchandise to verify the condition. If a label was provided, any items returned in new condition with original packaging will incur a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund amount. If no label was provided, a full refund will be processed.

Damages incurred during return shipping due to insufficient packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds generally take between 5 to 8 business days to be credited once the merchandise has been inspected. Also, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment.

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided that your order has not been shipped yet. Please note that we ship same day on all orders placed before noon Eastern Standard Time. If the cancellation request is received too late, and the product has shipped out, we are unable to cancel the order. You will then need to follow the standard Return Policy.

Please contact our customer support if you’d like to cancel your order. Our team can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be canceled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped, the terms of our return policy will take effect.

Large Orders

We offer discounts on bulk and quantity orders. The larger the order, the larger the discount. Please contact us regarding wholesale and quantity pricing.
