WHAT DOES THE LIFETIME WARRANTY COVER?

This Lifetime Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Defects in materials or workmanship
  • Failure of the product to function as intended under normal use
  • Eligible products purchased directly from LifeSupplyUSA or an authorized LifeSupplyUSA seller

If an eligible product is determined to be defective, LifeSupplyUSA may replace the item, provide an equivalent replacement, issue a refund, or offer another appropriate resolution at our discretion.


CONSUMABLE PRODUCT LIMITATION

Some LifeSupplyUSA products are consumable by nature. These include, but are not limited to:

  • HVAC replacement filters
  • Air purifier replacement filters
  • Carbon filters
  • Other replacement products designed to be used, depleted, replaced, or disposed of over time

For HVAC and air filter customers: your filters are warranted against manufacturing defects at the time of purchase. Filters that have been installed and used as intended are not eligible for warranty replacement under normal wear.

Consumable products are covered only if they are defective in materials or workmanship at the time of purchase or upon initial use. This warranty does not cover normal use, product depletion, clogging, dust buildup, dirt accumulation, odor absorption, saturation, discoloration, or reduced performance after use.


WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation
  • Damage caused by accidents, alterations, unauthorized repairs, or modifications
  • Damage caused by use outside the product's intended purpose
  • Damage caused by improper storage or handling
  • Commercial, industrial, or heavy-duty use beyond the product's stated rating or intended application
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance
  • Incorrect sizing, buyer error, or preference-based returns
  • Consumable products that have been used, depleted, clogged, saturated, discolored, or naturally worn through normal use

WHAT "LIFETIME WARRANTY" MEANS

"Lifetime" refers to the reasonable useful life of the product under normal use. It does not mean unlimited replacement due to normal wear and tear, misuse, product depletion, ordinary consumption, or expected replacement.

For durable products, LifeSupplyUSA stands behind defects in materials and workmanship for the reasonable useful life of the product.

For consumable products, including HVAC and replacement filters, warranty coverage is limited to defects in materials or workmanship and does not include normal use, depletion, clogging, saturation, or expected replacement.


HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM

  1. Contact us at support@lifesupplyusa.com with your order ID, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
  2. Product evaluation: Our team will review your claim and may request photos, videos, or additional product details to verify the issue.
  3. Resolution: If the product is deemed defective and eligible under this warranty, LifeSupplyUSA will replace the item, provide an equivalent replacement, or offer another appropriate resolution.

CONDITIONS FOR WARRANTY VALIDITY

  • The product must have been purchased from LifeSupplyUSA or an authorized LifeSupplyUSA seller.
  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Warranty claims must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
  • The product must have been used under normal conditions and for its intended purpose.
