At LifeSupplyUSA, we stand by the quality and durability of our products. That's why we offer a Lifetime Warranty on all extension cords purchased from us. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product.

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?

This Lifetime Warranty covers the following:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Defects in materials and workmanship
  • Failure of the product to function as intended under normal use

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

  • This warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage resulting from improper use, abuse, or neglect
  • Damage caused by accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs
  • Exposure to excessive moisture, heat, or other environmental factors
  • Commercial or industrial use beyond standard household operations

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

If your extension cord becomes defective during its lifetime, please follow these steps to submit a warranty claim:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@lifesupplyusa.com with your proof of purchase (Order ID) and a description of the defect.

 Product Evaluation: Our team will review your claim and may ask for photos or other information to verify the issue.

Resolution: If the product is deemed defective, we will replace the item at no cost to you or offer an equivalent replacement if the original product is no longer available.

CONDITIONS FOR WARRANTY VALIDITY

To be eligible for this Lifetime Warranty, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must have been purchase from LifeSupplyUSA. 
  • The warranty applies only to the original purchase and is non-transferable.
  • Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

LIMITATIONS

  • This Lifetime Warranty is offered as a replacement-only policy.
  • No cash refunds will be issued. 
  • Shipping costs for returning defective products are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • LifeSupplyUSA reserves the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet the criteria or show signs of abuse or misuse.
